Business Development Representative

Job Description:
">We are seeking a skilled Field Support Specialist to join our team at World Acceptance Corporation. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers and contribute to the growth of our company.
">About the Role:
">This role involves providing exceptional customer service while handling various financial tasks, including making collection calls, taking loan applications, closing loans, cash handling, preparing taxes, and other administrative duties as needed.
">Duties and Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Assist with loan applications and handle inbound and outbound calls.">
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with questions, concerns, and product availability.">
- Service past due accounts according to Company policies.">
- Update information at each customer contact.">
- Take loan applications and process them for approval or denial.">
- Post payments and prepare loan documents for execution.">
- Balance assigned cash drawers daily and prepare daily branch bank deposits.">
- Transport money to and from the bank.">
- Maintain delinquency reports and complete weekly progress reports.">
- Assist with making and understanding monthly/yearly branch operating standards.">
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.">
Requirements:

- A valid driver's license that is not in jeopardy of suspension.">
- Access to a dependable vehicle and vehicle insurance.">
- A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.">
- The ability to obtain licensing to sell insurance products.">
- Self-confidence and organizational skills.">
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.">
Physical Demands:

- Kneeling, stooping, or bending for approximately 25% of the time.">

Compensation:
">Our estimated salary range for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
