As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled work in the operation, maintenance, and repair of our facilities, including the district Warehouse, Main Support building, and Support Cottage facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing, heating, water, and other building systems
  • Evaluate the functionality of equipment and systems, and read blueprints and specifications to understand and provide information on system problems
  • Manage contracts necessary to perform work to achieve unit goals
  • Travel throughout the district, possessing a valid Class C driver's license
Requirements
  • Valid California Drivers License (CDL)
  • Pass a Drug Screening
  • Valid Class C driver's license
  • Statement of qualifications (SOQ) required
