Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Antonio & Vittoria Italian Tavern. This is a full-time position, working Tuesday to Saturday and sometimes 1 Sunday a month.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area, ensuring that all dishes are washed and sanitized in accordance with health and safety regulations.

You will work closely with our experienced chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including dishwashing, sanitizing, and storage of equipment and utensils.
  • Ensure that all dishes are washed and sanitized in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods.
