Patient Services Lead Job Summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Patient Services Lead to coordinate patient meal service and special requests. This role is responsible for ensuring that patients receive high-quality dining experiences, while also providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee systems and processes to ensure strategic and operational objectives are accomplished.
  • Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure they provide services that meet patient needs.
  • Work with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for patients with dietary restrictions.
  • Interact with nursing and evaluate patient meal selection, tray completion, and delivery process.
  • Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous food service and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules and operation instructions.
  • Aptitude for operating hospital's admission, discharge, and transfer system.
