Care Coordinator Specialist

At ADVENT, we're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Journey team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding patients through their treatment process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing consultative guidance and support throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, addressing concerns, and providing clear explanations of treatment options, financial costs, and insurance benefits.
- Manage patient scheduling, cancellations, and no-shows, utilizing a consultative approach to overcome barriers and ensure patient progress.
- Facilitate patient communication, including insurance benefits, deposits, authorization status, out-of-pocket costs, finance options, and pre- and post-operative instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical and reimbursement, to ensure overall success and a high focus on the Patient Journey.
- Best-in-class client/customer engagement experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Experience with treatment outcomes inside sales required.
- Ability to manage cost conversations with patients.
- Experience with insurance and out-of-pocket patient responsibility preferred.
- High comfort level with medical terminology and comfortable with collaboration with MDs.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, and organizational agility.
- 16+ days of PTO (prorated your first year) & holiday pay.
