The Goodkind Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join their HR team. As a key member of the team, the Payroll Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Payroll Manager to ensure seamless payroll processing;
  • Work closely with the HR and IT teams to optimize current processes and systems;
  • Conduct data entries into various systems and perform routine audits to ensure data integrity;
  • Generate and distribute routine and ad hoc reports;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their questions and concerns;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy;
  • Assist with special projects, such as payroll orientation for new hires;
  • Perform system maintenance and troubleshooting;
  • Develop and document system processes and user guidelines;
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a professional services environment;
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, ADP Vantage Payroll, and Time/Attendance highly desired;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge;
  • Excellent PC skills, including Word and PowerPoint;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
