IT Support Technician

Job Summary:
Kforce is seeking an IT Specialist to join our team in Louisville, KY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform asset tracking and ensure team members follow the correct process.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to resolve IT-related tickets and perform ad-hoc IT support requests.
- Maintain the armory following protocols and procedures.
- Communicate any deviations to the SOP to the leadership team.
- Perform various work activities as instructed by the facility manager and other members of the leadership team.
Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Ability to use different forms of technology (WMS, Microsoft Office, Asset Tracking Applications, Scanners, etc.).
- Ability to accept responsibility for work assignments and job duties, and to be held accountable for successful completion.
- Ability to follow directions, and to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to take initiative, and to work with a sense of urgency.
