LPN- Homecare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals at IntelyCare. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including post-acute facilities and home care environments.

**Salary:** $70-$79 per hour, depending on experience and location. This hourly pay range allows for flexibility in scheduling and compensation.

Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting health concerns and medical history. You will also have the opportunity to participate in continuing education and training through our mobile app.

Requirements:

• Current Rhode Island state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
• Degree from an approved LPN training program
