Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Inventory Clerk to join our team at Phat Panda, the leading I-502 producer by volume of top-shelf cannabis in Washington state. This role is responsible for assisting in all quarantine processes and ensuring the accuracy of inventory.
Estimated Salary: $43,200 - $54,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year) or approximately $20.77/hour.
Job Responsibilities
- Track and move processing material inventory as necessary or assigned.
- Record completed lots of trim and bong buddies into online tracking sheets, catalog, and store completed products in designated areas.
- Work in Cultivera creating sub-batches, manifests, and printing labels.
- Create flower and other material lots and move all cured flower/stems from dry rooms to quarantines.
- Prepare flower for laboratory samples and R&D employee samples weekly.
- Intake deliveries of product, ensure satisfactory quality, and accurate weights. Communicate professionally with outside vendors and secure payment from the Office Manager.
- Assist in weekly inventory of all products for sales projections.
- Maintain online inventory tracking sheets to reflect current inventory and item locations of all products on hand.
- Process incoming returns and turn in return invoices to Sales Admin for payment.
- Assist in preparing items to be sent out for further processing as needed.
- Work in quarantine under the direction of the Inventory Manager.
- Keep all quarantine areas clean and organized.
- Trim dry marijuana for packing as needed.
- Dimple, package, and seal joints for labeling as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree required.
- Previous experience working and trimming/plant experience helpful but not required.
- The position requires specialized training and the ability to work mostly independently with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy.
