Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Education and Experience

">

A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field, or an associate's degree in nursing with current RN licensure

At least 3-5 years of experience in social work or nursing, preferably in care coordination or case management

Skills and Qualifications

You should possess:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in care coordination and social work

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Todd County offers a competitive salary range of $38.25 - $51.31 per hour, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
