Leasing Manager

Greco Properties is seeking a Director of Leasing Operations to oversee our premier properties in the North Loop area.

This role is based onsite in the vibrant city of Minneapolis, focusing on our Class A + luxury apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Property Managers to meet leasing objectives through effective leasing and retention strategies.
  • Engage with prospective residents and provide comprehensive tours of the apartments and community.
  • Articulate the benefits of leasing at our properties to potential tenants.
  • Facilitate the leasing process and close sales effectively.
  • Evaluate rental applications and qualify prospective residents.
  • Negotiate lease terms and rates as necessary, adhering to budget guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and propose pricing adjustments based on competition and demand.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including locators, realtors, and corporate housing providers.
• Ensure accuracy in leasing documentation and review leasing files regularly.
• Submit monthly commission reports punctually.
• Adhere to all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations.
• Participate in weekly leasing and monthly marketing meetings.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

• A minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales management position.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Self-motivated and competitive with a strong work ethic.
• Proficient in negotiation and closing sales.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and adherence to company standards.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Availability to work weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in leasing, marketing, or property management.
• Familiarity with the Minneapolis real estate landscape.
