Psychiatric Mental Health Care Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient-Centered Psychiatric Mental Health Care Provider to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a key member of our Behavioral Health department, you will work collaboratively with our supervising psychiatrist to provide comprehensive health care for individuals and families across all ages and genders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide continuing and comprehensive health care for patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with the supervising psychiatrist to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examination, and laboratory tests.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing with certification as a PMHNP or graduate of a certified Physician's Assistant program.
- Two plus years of experience working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant preferred.
- Current licensure to practice psychiatric nursing in Massachusetts.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between sites.
- Preference will be given to bilingual/bicultural individuals who are Spanish or Portuguese.
