Job Summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Counselor Supervisor to oversee the delivery of counseling services to patients in our substance abuse treatment centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in substance abuse counseling, supervisory experience, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of counselors and counselor interns to ensure timely and effective delivery of counseling services
  • Conduct quality assurance file reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Direct and supervise all intake operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Manage related expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner
  • Provide direct supervision to clinicians and assist in ongoing supervision of staff through meetings, in-service trainings, and reviewing literature
  • Act as Treatment Center Director when absent
Qualifications
  • Current CAC-AD, LCPC, LCSW, LGADC, or LCADC certification as a counselor
  • Supervisory letter
  • Prior supervisory experience, self-motivation, and direction
  • Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
