Job Summary:

The Night Auditor is a critical role within our hotel operations, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Review and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff to address concerns and resolve issues
  • Perform guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, and switchboard operations
  • Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Guest Service Experience preferred
  • Computer knowledge/skills required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Physical requirements: sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
