Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, with experience in leadership roles. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care, while also mentoring and supporting our team members.
About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Medical Director for Pulmonary Critical Care. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Our office is located in Virginia, within easy reach of Richmond. The position offers a great work-life balance, with flexible hours and a supportive team environment.
Requirements- Board Certification in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine (BE/BC)
- Experience in leadership roles, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
