Perry Homes, a leading home builder, seeks an experienced Residential Design Coordinator Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating interior design elements and supporting the Selections department in creating innovative designs for our inventory homes.

Job Summary

The Residential Design Coordinator Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for processing interior selections and change orders for inventory homes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process interior selections and enhancement change orders by following established collections.
  • Collaborate with the Selections department to develop interior design collections that align with market requirements and incorporate cutting-edge design trends.
  • Handle Model Home enhancement change orders and provide occasional assistance to Model Home Designers in curating selections.
  • Maintain Selections matrices to track collection usage within communities.
  • Update digital assets and collection imagery using PowerPoint.
  • Preserve Selections Department sample inventory and maintain the cleanliness of the Design Studio.
  • Maintain Division Upgrade lists in collaboration with the Division President on an ongoing basis.
  • Assist the Construction and Sales teams with inventory homes requests as needed.
  • Walk inventory homes to review design elements on a regular basis.
  • Support the Interior Design Manager in selection programs through the creation of documents and resources, as well as conducting research.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience or customer service experience in a related field.
  • Experience in Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
  • Current, valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, health savings account, holidays, PTO leave, new home discount, Perry Homes Family College Fund, and pet discount program.
