Job Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our restaurant development projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to upholding the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily on-site activities of restaurant development projects
* Coordinate and lead subcontractors and construction teams
* Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications
* Enforce safety measures and ensure adherence to all health and building regulations
* Conduct routine site evaluations and address any issues promptly
* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers
* Maintain precise project documentation and progress reports
* Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during construction

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically with restaurant developments
* Demonstrated history of managing successful restaurant construction projects
* Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications
* Knowledge of local building codes, health regulations, and safety requirements
* Proficiency in construction management software and tools
