Truck Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at Love's Travel Stops & Country Store, you will play a key role in driving sales success in our Truck Care facilities. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building positive relationships with customers, and ensuring their satisfaction through expert salesmanship and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers
- Manage operations and employee-vehicle deployment to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document customer issues and keep them updated on vehicle status
- Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns
- Maintain a safe and clean facility
Requirements
- 6 months of experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean safety record
- Pass drug screening and medical exam as per regulations
