  2. Vital Sign Documentation: Accurately record and report vital signs to the patient's nurse, highlighting any abnormalities.
  3. Weighing Patients: Conduct daily weighing sessions and notify the nurse of any unusual readings.
  4. Patient Care Coordination: Document all patient interactions, including ADLs, ambulation, and vital signs.
