Restoration Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a service schedule to ensure all services are delivered to meet client demand within profit margins.
- Supervise technicians, including training and performance management in conjunction with District Manager.
- Perform inspections and manage scope of work on job sites before, during, and after work performed.
- Execute timely, accurate, and profitable estimates.
- Promptly respond to all communications related to customer requests, business demand, and job status updates.
- Ensure that all dispatched jobs are answered in a timely manner.
- Write and audit estimates.
- Oversee all job files to ensure approval has been received from insurance companies and customers along with accurately documenting and completing notes.
- Perform mitigation duties alongside technicians.
- Responsible for communicating a clear understanding of goals to all appropriate parties.
- Work with management to develop a business plan to generate prospective customers and training to meet the projected goals.
- Responsible for maintaining reports and providing any pertinent information including issues/challenges to supervisor.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements & Skills:
- 3+yrs. of mitigation/disaster response field, estimating, scoping, and moisture mapping experience.
- Xactimate experience required.
- MICA/Symbility/Alacrity/T&M experience a plus.
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves & get dirty.
- Empathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitude.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds.
- Comfortable with walking/standing for long periods of time, working at elevated heights, and working in restricted spaces while wearing PPE.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications.
- Comfortable with working in restricted spacing such as crawl or attic space.
- WRT, ASD, AMRT required. Journeyman or Master IICRC Preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug test & extensive background screening.
- Available for full time role with overtime, on-call rotations, and state-wide traveling.
