Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring Dynatrace's Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solution across various environments. This includes setting up dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor application performance. Our ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dynatrace APM tools and application performance management concepts.

Responsibilities
  1. Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure Dynatrace's APM solution across various environments, including setting up dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor application performance.
  2. Performance Analysis: Analyze application performance data collected by Dynatrace to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. Work closely with development teams to optimize application performance.
  3. Troubleshooting: Use Dynatrace tools to troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues. Collaborate with other IT teams to coordinate issue resolution.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the Dynatrace implementation and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with Dynatrace in developing custom dashboards, alerts, and reports.
  • Proven experience with Dynatrace APM tools.
  • Strong understanding of application performance management concepts.
  • Managing/modifying user permissions via management zones.
  • Identifying application performance improvement opportunities and creating corresponding monitoring and alerts.
  • Measuring, analyzing, and reporting license consumption of new and existing configurations.
