Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse (RN PSYCH) to work in Kansas City, Missouri. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with mental health or behavioral conditions.

Your role will involve:

  • Facilitating social and emotional treatments
  • Supervising medication schedules
  • Evaluating progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including therapists, social workers, and doctors, to provide comprehensive care to patients. Your commitment to delivering excellent patient outcomes will be essential in maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in psychiatry
  • A valid RN license
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
