A leading software start-up seeks a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to their dynamic CEO.
This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit team as they reach new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the CEO's time, manage calendar, and organize meetings with precision
- Respond to internal and external communications with urgency and professionalism
- Coordinate travel and prepare itineraries with attention to detail
- Assist with personal needs, company events, and projects as required (10% of time)
- Process expenses and ensure seamless execution of tasks
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Proven track record of supporting c-level executives in tech (SaaS experience a plus)
- A responsive and flexible nature, with ability to work outside normal business hours when needed
- A collaborative approach to working within an organization, with clear and concise communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and situations
Benefits and Compensation:
A competitive base salary of $125,000 - $155,000 per annum, plus benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company's exciting journey and contribute to its growth and success.
