Your Role and Responsibilities

In this Electronics Assembly Specialist position supporting our 2nd shift, you will play a vital role in building complex micro-integrated circuit modules using sheet and liquid epoxies and presses. You will be working in the Manual cell or MRSI cell, depending on the specific product requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Laying the foundation of complex micro-integrated circuit modules using sheet and liquid epoxies and presses.
  • Implementing detailed instructions and collaborating with engineering teams to implement changes as needed.
  • Modifying complex micro-integrated circuit modules with M705 pick and place machine and M175 epoxy dispense machine.
  • Utilizing high-level hand dexterity and attention to detail to build Micro electronic modules.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of related work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microwave sub-assemblies and knowledge of MIL STD 883 are highly desirable.

Salary Information

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary range of $55,343 - $89,631, based on market pay structures and individual qualifications.
