Job Overview

Papa John's Pizza is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising shifts and work areas to ensure high-quality products and customer service are delivered. You will also be responsible for managing operations, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to guidelines, techniques, and expectations for each station, including dough management, accuracy, and proper portioning.
  • Perform assigned work station duties, such as making quality products, following all product preparation procedures, and maintaining established product holding times.
  • Ensure adequate shift coverage for the restaurant and provide immediate feedback and correct problems when identified.
  • Contribute to profit goals by accurately utilizing the FOCUS System and executing cash management duties.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
  • Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Skills: Cash management, planning and organization, effective communication.
