Job Overview

This position is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for hotel guests by preparing the breakfast bar and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant. This person will be responsible for setting up the breakfast bar, greeting guests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Your Responsibilities

• 
  
• Prepare the breakfast bar with a variety of food options.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
  
• Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in pantry or breakfast area and mop or vacuum floors.
  
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
  
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program
  
• Practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment.
  
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
  
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
  

Your Background and Skills

• 
  
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  
• Food sanitation certification is a plus and required within 90 days of employment.
  
• Previous food and beverage experience is preferred or equivalent training.

Estimated Salary

$12-$15 per hour, depending on location and experience.
