Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Representative to join our team at Acosta Group. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for representing various brands across multiple retail locations.

About the Role:

  • Locate merchandise in the stockroom and ensure it is properly displayed on store shelves.
  • Stock and pack out products to meet customer demands.
  • Install and place promotional materials to enhance product visibility.
  • Maintain and reset displays to ensure optimal product presentation.
  • Represent Acosta Group and its clients in stores, building relationships with store associates and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work independently in stores while maintaining effective communication with store staff and management.
  2. Manage assigned stores, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company standards.
  3. Leverage support from the merchandising team nationwide through social media groups and communication channels.
  4. Contact Operations Support Center for assistance with challenges in-store.

Requirements:

  • Access to reliable transportation for visiting multiple retail locations.
  • A smartphone with data and internet access for reporting and uploading photos.

  • An estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
