We are seeking a skilled Survey CAD Technician to join our team at Pennoni. As a Survey CAD Technician, you will be responsible for producing survey plans, including ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, existing conditions plans, and topographic surveys. You will also independently perform boundary line analysis and process survey data regularly.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 2+ years of professional experience working in field/land surveying, civil design, and/or civil drafting. A valid driver's license is also required. Formal training in land surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related field of study is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce survey plans, including ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, existing conditions plans, and topographic surveys.
  • Independently perform boundary line analysis.
  • Process survey data regularly.
  • Perform survey computations.
  • Process and review laser-scanning data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal training in land surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Relevant credentials, such as NSPS CST.
  • Proven expertise working in land surveying, preferably with a mix of field and office-based tasks.
  • Proficiency with engineering/CADD tools, including AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Experience with survey-specific and point cloud processing software tools.
