Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Spring View Hospital. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various units based on your competency and provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Address health educational needs for patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
- Manage patient care assignments and other organizational tasks related to patient and unit operations.
- Act in a clinical leadership role and apply knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.
Requirements:
- Current licensure in the State of Kentucky.
- Two years of clinical experience preferred.
- CPR certification required.
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- PALS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification within 6 months.
- Experience in 3 of the following areas: ICU, Med/Surg, ER, OB, or Behavioral Health.
