Rural Healthcare Leader | Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at Fast Pace Health. This role offers the opportunity to lead clinic staff in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic conditions, guiding patients through their treatment journey, and participating in community outreach.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner who has a proven track record of success in a fast-paced and autonomous environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice. A Master's degree in Nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner License are also required. Additionally, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to teamwork and patient satisfaction are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver exceptional patient care
* Providing guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction
* Ensuring accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis
* Implementing clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians
* Maintaining behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA
* Ordering, performing, or interpreting the results of diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribing medications, and educating patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions
* Performing therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care
* Analyzing and interpreting patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
