Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, leading clinic staff, and implementing clinical protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring quality professional services, and promoting patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate.
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Maintain behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care.
  • Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced provider who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility.
