Job Overview: HealthPoint Family Care is hiring a full-time Clinical Instructor to join our team. This role involves teaching Medical Assistants, LPNs, and RNs on workflows and EHR for various medical specialties.
About Us: HealthPoint Family Care is a private medical practice dedicated to patient wellness. We offer adult and pediatric medical, dental, mental health, substance abuse treatment, obstetrics, gynecology, and vision services with convenient hours including walk-ins, same-day appointments, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Create and implement training programs for staff on medical workflows and EHR systems for multiple specialties.
- Staff Training: Teach proper sterilization techniques to all staff members.
- Competency Verification: Conduct annual competency assessments for clinical skills.
- Workflow Audits: Evaluate workflows for accuracy and develop plans for improvement.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have experience in medical assisting and training, with a strong understanding of EHR systems and workflow management.
Salary & Benefits: Our competitive salary is accompanied by generous benefits, including 9 paid federal holidays, birthday off paid, PPO plan, HDHP, safe harbor 401(k) with match starting on day one, and life insurance. Estimated salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 based on location (Florence, KY).
