Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team at Lord Baltimore Uniform. As a Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and assisting in the smooth operation of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and pricing.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Prepare and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with multiple sales team members for sales order entry.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with order information and interactions.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments, including production and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of any issues.
  • Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and resolve any complaints.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices is a plus.
