Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Support Specialist, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and community integration. You will also work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized support plans that promote independence and self-advocacy.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Encourage community integration and participation in activities and events
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized support plans

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Ability to work collaboratively with our team and support individuals with diverse needs
