About the Job

Job Title: Global Stock Administration Expert

Job Description: As a Global Stock Administration Expert, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administration of our company's stock incentive and employee stock purchase plans. You will partner with key stakeholders in our Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, and HR teams to maintain the tools, systems, and processes for administering these plans.

Responsibilities: The Global Stock Administration Expert will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Managing day-to-day activities related to our company's stock incentive and employee stock purchase plans
  • Partnering with HRIS to maintain the stock database (Equity Edge Online)
  • Coordinating with transfer agents and brokers to settle transactions timely and reconcile with transfer agents
  • Preparing recurring monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports, including forecasts, for HR, accounting, payroll, and treasury teams
  • Maintaining our company's intranet page for Global Stock Administration
  • Maintaining and updating our company's online Insider Trading Clearance Request application and related clearance processes and trading blackout windows
  • Preparing and distributing year-end tax statements and materials to participants
  • Preparing and distributing online grant agreements and delivering timely communication to participants
  • Administering our company's global Employee Stock Purchase Plan and all related activity
  • Processing global equity activity, including grants and releases, and reporting applicable income and tax withholding to global Payroll teams
  • Managing the impact on global equity pursuant to global mobility cases, including participant transfers
  • Performing quarterly and yearly reconciliation and audit of data sets
  • Preparing, mailing, and processing tax-disposition surveys at year-end

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in global stock administration with a global, public company
  • Experience with restricted stock units, performance-based stock units, and employee stock purchase plans
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Maintaining confidentiality and conducting business in a professional manner with a strong sense of personal accountability

Preferred Qualifications: A Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation is preferred.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location.
