About this Role:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for managing patient care in a Level III NICU setting. This role requires a high level of expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, and performance
  • To manage patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN) accredited school of nursing or three years of related professional nursing experience
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
  • Two years' RN experience in a Level III NICU required
