We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Office Clerk. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for processing deals, scanning documents, and providing backup coverage for various office positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Processing: Process deals, write checks, and mail documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Document Scanning: Scan deals, service repair orders, and parts tickets to ensure efficient document management.
  • Backup Coverage: Provide support for various office positions, including title clerk, mail, phone operator, and others.
  • Filing Clerk: Maintain accurate and organized filing systems to ensure easy access to documents.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with office staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Basic Requirements: Meet company requirements for employment, including a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate problem-solving skills within a team environment.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
  • Office Environment: Work in a normal office environment with prolonged periods of computer usage and data entry.
