Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience and location. As a skilled Luthier, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions on top of your base pay.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Guitar Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will provide high-quality maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist in maintaining store inventory, and build business through great customer experiences and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Service customer-owned instruments with exceptional craftsmanship
• Maintain store-owned gear as requested
• Complete warranty repair work

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
• Familiarity with Guitar Center products (desired)
