Support Professional for Developmental Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at Letscare Services. As a DSP, you will work closely with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, providing personalized care and support to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities and DutiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for clients
- Managing client schedules and arranging transportation for appointments
- Encouraging client participation in social and recreational activities
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for clients
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
