LPN Job Openings at Genesis HealthCare

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve positive clinical outcomes in our Assisted Living Facility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by support staff.

Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
  • Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure as a licensed practical nurse.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed in a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if working in an assisted living facility.
