Endoscopy Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Endoscopy RN to join our team at MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
As an Endoscopy RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a high-volume patient population, evaluating assigned patients and planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care. You will also assist physicians during examinations and procedures, perform various patient tests, and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
You will promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Your expertise and judgment will be relied upon to plan and accomplish goals.
This is a 12-hour varying day shift position, requiring active NM Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact RN License, Associates Degree or higher in Nursing, Current BLS and ACLS certifications, and Surgical nursing experience and/or Endo/Endoscopy experience preferred.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this role is $83,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards. We offer a robust benefits package, including health insurance, flexible scheduling, 100% licensure/certification reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and up to $20K for student loan contribution.
