This role plays a vital part in our Revenue Operations team, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure efficiency and accuracy throughout the customer journey.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of sales and customer success data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimization and customer retention.
  • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics products to track sales performance, customer engagement, and retention metrics.
  • Generate actionable insights from data analysis to support sales and customer success strategies.
  • Support the monitoring of sales pipelines, conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Evaluate data quality and implement data governance best practices.
