Job Description

Cogency Global Inc. is seeking a skilled Collection Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and maintain trustful relationships with clients.

Responsibilities will include monitoring accounts to identify outstanding debts, investigating historical data, and taking actions to encourage timely debt payments.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing payments and refunds, resolving billing and customer credit issues, and updating account status records.

Skills required include proven experience as a Collection Specialist or in a related field, knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques, and familiarity with laws related to debt collection.
