About the Role

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler System Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fire sprinkler industry, with experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals
  • Provide excellent customer service skills to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Participate in on-call rotation and travel as needed
Requirements
  • Experience in the fire sprinkler industry
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer requirements
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service and adhere to safety guidelines and procedures
