Job Description

Kings View Corporation, a leading provider of behavioral health services to underserved communities, is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join their team in Hanford, CA.

This role will provide essential administrative support to program managers overseeing crisis response initiatives, including managing schedules, attending county meetings, and ensuring efficient administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting social justice and societal awareness, respect for human dignity, and lead with integrity while listening and responding to the community in need.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). They will also be detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of administrative experience are required, with at least 1 year in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for crisis programs.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Attend county meetings and other relevant gatherings to represent Kings View Corporation.
  • Take detailed and accurate notes during meetings, capturing key points, decisions, and action items.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Administrative Support Professional will also assist with the preparation of reports and compliance documentation, coordinate logistics for mobile crisis team activities, and facilitate communication by drafting emails and memos.

Kings View Corporation offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as medical, dental, vision insurance, life and long-term disability insurance, a 401k plan, vacation time, twelve paid holidays, an education reimbursement program up to $1000 per year, a referral program, and an employee assistance program.
