About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Casac Coordinator to join our team at WMC Health. This role is responsible for coordinating treatment plans for patients with substance abuse disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Create timely and effective treatment plans that meet the needs of each patient
  • Conduct psychosocial evaluations and assessments to determine the best course of treatment
  • Participate in formulating patient treatment plans and maintaining accurate records
  • Screen prospective admissions and provide individual, couple, family, and group clinical treatment as needed
  • Work with patients and families to develop and review treatment plans and goals
Requirements
  • 1 year experience in chemical dependency preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalency required
  • CASAC certification required
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $$$70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
