Senior Retail Media Sales Executive

Drive sales growth by leveraging Topsort's retail media infrastructure and developing strong relationships with customers.
- Sell Topsort's retail media infrastructure and work with the sales and product team to achieve sales quotas.
- Demonstrate relentless focus and hunter energy to win RFPs and deals in a competitive market.
- Develop a pipeline of leads through industry connections, outbound activities, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Guide prospects through the buyer journey from discovery to contract negotiation, with a deep understanding of Topsort's products and features.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to the product team and working closely with the founders to improve the product.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and be a subject matter expert on retail media and marketplace monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA with excellent grades and intellectual rigor.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or product management, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in a customer-facing role.
- Startup hustle and speed: ability to work hard, move fast, and adjust to a dynamic environment.
- Ability to learn on the job, learn fast, and have strong curiosity for the industry and a desire to self-educate.
- Team Player: ability to work collaboratively and achieve goals as part of a sports team.
- This role will be based out of our Boston office.
