Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to manage insurance processes, verify coverage, and ensure accurate billing for our Pediatric Dental practice at Dental Associates For Kids Only, LLP.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage
  • Process claims and maintain accurate records of insurance information and claims status
  • Communicate with insurance companies to resolve issues and discrepancies
  • Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries and provide guidance on insurance procedures and terminology
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Insurance Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing insurance claims
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to handle patient inquiries and insurance company interactions
  • Proficiency in using Dentrix insurance billing software
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance procedures, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. We estimate the salary for this position to be around $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
