We are seeking a skilled Precision Machining Specialist to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $27.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

• Operate and maintain high-precision CNC Swiss machines to produce complex parts, adhering to strict quality and technical specifications.
• Set up machines efficiently, including loading materials and inputting programming instructions to optimize production processes.
• Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet or exceed expectations.
• Maintain equipment in optimal condition through routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC Swiss machines.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup, and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and resolve problems independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
