Job Description:

We're seeking a talented Senior Frontend Engineer who will take ownership of critical components within our product ecosystem, driving the delivery of innovative features that captivate consumers.

Your role will encompass mentoring junior team members, collaborating closely with product managers and designers to shape our advertising platform, and championing technical excellence at every turn.

About the Role:

  • You'll identify and propose improvements to the current system architecture, emphasizing reliability and scalability.
  • You'll work with the product and engineering teams to produce development plans and see through to delivery and success.
  • You'll contribute to the collaborative development processes within the organization on both product and technical domains.
  • You'll support and work with other engineers on best practices, architecture, and quality.
  • You'll take responsibility for the system health, managing risk and security.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial software development designing, building, and operating frontend applications.
  • Comprehensive programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript along with modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
  • Robust skills in HTML and CSS best practices, including inner workings of the DOM, iFrames, and security features.
  • You'll have insights and intrigue in building high-performance secure client-side applications nested within critical components of partners' multi-page and single-page applications.
  • You'll be able to learn quickly, demonstrated ability to quickly understand and absorb new information. Passion for technology and eager to dive-in to figure out how things work.
  • You'll have problem-solving skills: able to use first principles - using both qualitative and quantitative data - to solve complex problems.
  • You'll have leadership skills: mentor & help organize engineering contributors, work with the product team to gather requirements & measure tradeoffs efficiently and productively.

The estimated salary for this role is $190,000 - $235,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
